Terms of Sale and Booking Conditions
Morocco Luxury Camps defines its general terms of sale and booking conditions according to the specifity of its online programmes and all services on offer. These booking conditions are valid for all Morocco Luxury Camps provided services and any registration to one of its tour holidays implies adherence to conditions of sale and booking governing the relationship between Morocco Luxury Camps and its customers. Please read carefully our terms of sale and booking conditions as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking Morocco Luxury Camps to confirm your reservation we are entitled to assume that you have checked all details of your chosen tour and all the other information relevant to your booking, have read our terms and conditions and agree to them. When we receive your booking form fully completed and signed, a legally binding contract is made.
Booking and Confirmation
Once you have chosen your holiday, fully read the detailed itinerary of your selected tour and accepted it. Please complete and sign the booking form sent to you, including all names as they appear on the passports and return it to Morocco Luxury Camps accompanied by a non-refundable deposit. On receipt of your official booking form correctly completed and signed, your travel consultant will send an acknowledgement of your booking and an invoice for the balance.

Our emphasis rests on quality and your satisfaction is important, that’s why we offer a money-back guarantee in case the tour you went on were lower in value than the one you booked. With a 24-hour access to our emergency service we are always here when you need us to ensure all is going very well with you. The Deposit and Balance
When you book with Morocco Luxury Camps, a deposit of 40% of the total price of the chosen tour must be paid as an advance to confirm your booking, immediately after receipt of the travel confirmation and invoice from the company. The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. If the balance remains unpaid after payment due date, we reserve the right to retain your deposit and apply the cancellation charges outlined below. Full payment by bank transfer is required if you make a booking 4 weeks or less before departure for your holiday.
How to Pay Your Booked Service?
To pay for your holiday tour or transportation services, we at Morocco Luxury Camps accept the following methods of payment:
- Payment by Bank Transfer into our bank account
- Payment by Postal Order
- Payment in cash is accepted under certain conditions
Cancellation and Amendment fees
If you or any member of your party is forced to cancel your booking or part of it once it has been confirmed, the cancellation must be advised in writing and this letter must be signed by the person who signed the booking form. The following scale of charges will be payable, depending on the number of days prior to departure the company receives your notice of cancellation. All cancellation charges summarized shown below will be applicable to most tours and services we offer.
- 50 to 35 days prior to departure – $ 60 of total cost
- 34 to 20 days prior to departure – 40 % of total cost
- 19 to 09 days prior to departure – 70 % of total cost
- 08 days prior to departure – No refund will issued
Morocco Luxury Camps Discounts for Children
Morocco Luxury Camps offer discounts for families, and parents travelling with their small kids will benefit from attractive price reductions for children aged from 2 to 12 years.
- Children up to 3 years old travel without charge
- Children aged 4 to 6 years – 50% discount offered
- Children aged 7 to 12 years – 30% discount offered
Personal Travel Insurance
It is very important that you have insurance cover which is adequate and suitable for your particular needs. Travel insurance is compulsory on all Morocco Luxury Camps trips and offered services, and is a condition of booking with Morocco Luxury Camps. When selecting a travel insurance policy we strongly require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation, until the date you return home. This will not only guarantee you peace of mind while you travel but also cover you for any things that can go wrong while travelling. Many people deeply regret not taking out travel insurance. They think their credit card accident cover, home insurance, or private health cover is sufficient. An emergency abroad can be extremely expensive. If you need to be returned to you country it could cost you thousands of dollars, unless you are adequately insured.
Passport, Visa and Formalities
Passport and visa requirements are liable to change at short notice. Travellers are strongly advised to check their entry requirements with their embassy or consulate before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip. Morocco Luxury Camps is not responsible if you are refused entry to Morocco because you lack the correct passport, visa or immigration requirements and other travel documentation. No visa required for stay up to 3 months for North Americans and Europeans. We advise participants who are not of United Kingdom and United State nationality to contact the nearest Embassy of Morocco for further information on what documentation you may require to enter Morocco.
Change or Addition to Your Holiday
If you would like to change any part of your holiday arrangements after the invoice has been issued, we will do our utmost to make the change, while it is possible. Any request of change you wish to make to your booking must be notified to us in writing and be signed by the person who made the original booking. If the company is successful in making your requested amendment then it will be subject to an administration charge and in case is not successful then there will be no charge. Please, bear in mind that certain travel arrangements may not be changed after a reservation has been made.
In the event you have a special request such dietary requirements, a special service, twin or double bedded room, a particular facility at a hotel or particular meals is an important factor in your choice of holiday, you must inform us when you make your booking. We are committed to consider your request but cannot guarantee that it will be accommodated. To be ensured that your special request has been noted, you should obtain confirmation in writing that the special request advised will be complied where it is possible to give this. All special requests are subject to availability and the provision of any special request does not constitute a term of your contract with us.
Behaviour during the trip
Signing our booking form signifies your agreement to abide by the decisions of the tour leader, who represents Morocco Luxury Camps. Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times. As everybody understands, people go on holiday for rest, enjoyment and relaxation. So if in our reasonable opinion or any other person in authority, your behaviour is causing or is likely to cause danger, upset or damage to property or is persistently affecting the enjoyment and welfare of your fellow travellers, we reserve the right to end your holiday and terminate your contract. Should this happen, no refund or compensation would be paid and we will have no further responsibility for your holiday arrangements including any return travel.
Personal Belongings and Lost Items
For security reasons, valuables should be kept to a minimum and packed in your hand luggage along with your medicines, camera, film, electrical or battery-operated appliances, as well as basic essentials such as a change of clothing and toiletries. It can be easy to lose items but it is your responsibility to look after your property at all times and you must ensure you are adequately covered by comprehensive insurance. If you lose any personal items whilst on holiday, please obtain a written report from a local representative or police, to help with any insurance claim upon your return.
Changing Your Holiday Tour
Morocco Luxury Camps reserves the right to change the itinerary of your holiday, due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the company’s and its suppliers control. In very rare occasions, we may be forced to alter the trip route during the course of your holiday. Morocco Luxury Camps leaders will change the trip itinerary in case of : adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, natural disaster, sand storm, fire, flood, strikes or any other circumstances whatever, whether foreseen or unforeseen. Whilst every effort is made to operate the tour as advertised, Safe Tours will not be entitled to any refund or compensation due to the changing of your holiday itinerary.
If you have a Complaint
If you have any problem or complaint whilst on holiday, please inform our local leaders immediately, who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally or it is not possible to make the complaint to the appropriate organisation at the time, you should make contact with our company to resolve it. Please remember to quote your holiday booking number and daytime telephone number. If after you return home you are still not satisfied and problem remain unresolved, a complaint should be made in writing to our company office manager within 20 days of your return. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you.
Accepting Terms & Booking Conditions
When you sign the booking form you and any other person on whose behalf you book, agree to accept all our terms of sale and conditions outlined above. You acknowledge that you have fully read and accepted the Terms and Booking Conditions and you warrant that the information given to Morocco Luxury Camps on the booking form is complete and true. The terms and conditions of all agreements made with Morocco Luxury Camps shall be subject to and governed by Moroccan law.
